AICE media studies

1st scene:The first scene consists of my character getting out of bed struggling. 2nd scene:The second scene is when my character turns her light on and sits down to begin her makeup. 3rd scene:The third scene is when my character is aggressively applying makeup and struggling with her apperence. 4th scene:The fourth scene the character is comparing herself to a model in a magazine wishing she had a different appearance. 5th scene: In the fifth scene she struggles with eating wanting to be skinny. 6th scene: To 6th scene is going to be a black screen showing woman's struggles and no woman should ever compare herself.

 For my title I have done an abundance of research that will benefit the look of the title and the look of the  short story in general. Font- I plan on using Georgia and Times New Roman for all credits Contrast-They will be black and 16pt. Working title- A Womans Mirror How will they enter and leave the screen? I plan on making them fade in and out of the screen and the most important the longer it will last on the screen.

 My parents have offered to serve as a "safety team" by keeping a close eye on us and giving us access to aa 911-dialing phone and a first aid package. We do not plan on using unsafe equipment and we will stay away from them. We will be utilizing a fictitious knife that has been further dulled for the scenario where their is food being cut. Should something go wrong, a member of the safety team will be on hand and a first aid kit will be available.

  My participants for the video are still flexile and are still most likely going to change, Their are some individuals I need to confirm with and convince however this is my current list of participants.  -For my blog my current narrowed down options are to film my short film at the following locations Fort Lauderdale Beach Galleria Mall My buildings pool and my home

 I will begin filming on 2/15/2024 and begin at the pool and/or the mall to film scene one and possibly. I will finish filming on 2/30/2024 and begin to start cutting and editing scenes to begin putting together my short film.  I will begin to finish cutting and move on to only editing my last few scenes by 3/5/2024 I will have my video completed and uploaded with all of my credits by around 3/10/2024 or sooner if possible with revisions

 What titles are displayed during opening sequences? They begun by displaying the lead actors and the stars with the names of the characters they play. They put the name of the casting company, as well as the co directors, costume designers, and the production design. They ended off with the director as they normally do. What images are prioritized in the opening images? The film begins with a little car riding through various scenes. The make the edits interactive and much more interesting than what normal credits look like. They had different objects to change and turn into letters I think that the cartoon intro is very creative and can be very intersting. How does the film represent its genre? The film begins with many funny and ironic things that have it imply that it is a comedy film and has irony in the film.

 What titles are displayed during opening sequences? They displayed the production company as the first title, they then displayed the title. the stars and main actor names were displayed shorty after the directors, editors, and set directors were displayed. The names of assistants and makeup designers were also in the movie which I found strange because that is not normally in movies especially from big production company's like Disney.   What images are displayed during the opening images? The opening images were cartoon people since the movie in a animated film from 1967 The introduction shows cartoon people dressed classy in a hotel lobby and has people checking in and waling up to their rooms. They did this to set up the image of a millionaire living in five star hotel.  How does the film establish a genre? The film shows multiple jokes throughout the movie that gave the movie its "comedy" genre and it included lots of sarcasm and pranks regularly to keep people laug...

   For my title research I have chosen to use Art of the Title. After doing endless research I have made an executive decision that this would be the best website for me to research my titles and movies. This site has endless options to chose from and is helping me discover what films from different genres are like. I have researched multiple different websites that are similar but this ne was the most accessible and better over all. It also gave more variety then the other sites I have seen. A wide variety of these other sites normally only have one type of genre. This site assisted me in picking a genre for my short film and continues to help me with decision making.
