Schedule Blog

  1.  I will begin filming on 2/15/2024 and begin at the pool and/or the mall to film scene one and possibly.
  2. I will finish filming on 2/30/2024 and begin to start cutting and editing scenes to begin putting together my short film.
  3.  I will begin to finish cutting and move on to only editing my last few scenes by 3/5/2024
  4. I will have my video completed and uploaded with all of my credits by around 3/10/2024 or sooner if possible with revisions

Production Blog: Starting My Filming

 I recently staring my filming. I also began planning my angles and shots for the rest of my scenes. I began filming my scene a the pool which will introduce he video. So far some of the challenges I have faced is relating the angles to the power struggle. I am learning when to do certain angles and from what distance to relate to the scene. Last minute we decided to change our song to God is a woman by Ariana Grande. When we changed the song it really set back my editing and planning. Before we began filming I began to rethink my planning and how we were going to film. I started to rethink my planning and how I was going to start playing the song. After I planned everything I began filming my pool scene. It was hard filming a pool scene because of how hot it was outside and how we need to keep it school appropriate. Production Blog: Planning Putting Together My Video

 For my blog I am planning to put together my video with one of my friends. It only requires one other individual. I am going to use the song Dark red. After I consulted with a few people I decided to do it with one of my friends Eva. She agreed to do it and now we just needed to find where we were going to film it. I just needed to find all the locations  I had on my storyboard. Thank God I have a pool and gym in my apartment so I could get them both. However for the mall and beach we would have to those locations to film. We are most likely just going to galleria mall and Fort Lauderdale Beach after. We can just film the bed room shots in my room. I want to make the videos on my phone and then edit them on Capcuts. I want to use some new techniques I have learned from the last project on this one. I would like to use new transitions and new editing skills.
