Production Blog- Producing my Blog

   When I started my blog I wanted it to all have the same fonts. It also should have the same transitions from picture to picture. I gave all the transitions a clean cut to each photo but to the end I wanted to have a fade transition to end the video. I put all of my photos first and my videos toward to end. I did this to make it look more organized and finish the commercial on a video. I used Capcuts to make my video and tried to make it a simple yet beautiful video. I added a nice font for all of my pictures and made sure they were specific enough to understand. I placed my song on top of all my photos and videos. I wasn't sure whether to mute them all or if I should keep the sound. I decided it would look better to mute the background sounds and just keep the sound of my song. For my song I chose Language by Brent Fayiaz. I feel this song went good with my cuts and my editing for my video. At first I chose to use the ending part of the song but after I decided to put more towards the beginning because it would go better with the  transitions. Capcuts made it easy to add in new photos and videos. The editing processes was relatively easy because I have planed out what I had wanted before hand. When I began to put my photos and videos together it looked much more like what I was envisioning and what I wanted. At first I realized some of the photos and videos didn't go together. After that I rearranged them and saw what went better with what images. I really enjoyed my first draft of the commercial and would just like to adjust a few things. I need to switch the timing on some of the photos to be shorter. I also would like to change some of the videos to be some longer and some shorter.

Production Blog: Starting My Filming

 I recently staring my filming. I also began planning my angles and shots for the rest of my scenes. I began filming my scene a the pool which will introduce he video. So far some of the challenges I have faced is relating the angles to the power struggle. I am learning when to do certain angles and from what distance to relate to the scene. Last minute we decided to change our song to God is a woman by Ariana Grande. When we changed the song it really set back my editing and planning. Before we began filming I began to rethink my planning and how we were going to film. I started to rethink my planning and how I was going to start playing the song. Production Blog: Planning Putting Together My Video

 For my blog I am planning to put together my video with one of my friends. It only requires one other individual. I am going to use the song Dark red. After I consulted with a few people I decided to do it with one of my friends Eva. She agreed to do it and now we just needed to find where we were going to film it. I just needed to find all the locations  I had on my storyboard. Thank God I have a pool and gym in my apartment so I could get them both. However for the mall and beach we would have to those locations to film. We are most likely just going to galleria mall and Fort Lauderdale Beach after. We can just film the bed room shots in my room. I want to make the videos on my phone and then edit them on Capcuts. I want to use some new techniques I have learned from the last project on this one. I would like to use new transitions and new editing skills.
