Production Blog- My song

   Today I discovered what songs I would use for my commercial. I have always listened to language by Paperboy Fabe and Brent Faiyaz. I have always felt a connection to this song and have listened to it on repeat. It will go well with the aesthetic of pictures I would like to use. Its a very diverse song that can go with almost anything. The song is about a relationship that is slowly drifting apart because they no longer have time for a relationship anymore even thought they still love each other. I feel like even thought not everyone can relate to the song many people can. The song can be happy and sad at the same time and I feel like it out have a good beat for changing photos and displaying my personality. It is mostly sang by Brent Fayiz with is my favorite artist, he sings the song perfectly and captures the beauty of a relationship while there is also miscommunication. He emphasizes this by saying they "don't speak the same language". This song will go with the idea I have for the captions and the theme I have planned for the video. I have also begun to pick my photos and associating captions for these pictures. I would like the photos to change to the beat of the song and have certain pictures match the lyric of the song. These photos are going to reflect the message of the song. This song means a lot to me and using it on my commercial would make it really feel like its mine. I would also like to add puns and jokes about the photos. Additionally about the song lyrics.

Production Blog: Starting My Filming

 I recently staring my filming. I also began planning my angles and shots for the rest of my scenes. I began filming my scene a the pool which will introduce he video. So far some of the challenges I have faced is relating the angles to the power struggle. I am learning when to do certain angles and from what distance to relate to the scene. Last minute we decided to change our song to God is a woman by Ariana Grande. When we changed the song it really set back my editing and planning. Before we began filming I began to rethink my planning and how we were going to film. I started to rethink my planning and how I was going to start playing the song. Production Blog: Planning Putting Together My Video

 For my blog I am planning to put together my video with one of my friends. It only requires one other individual. I am going to use the song Dark red. After I consulted with a few people I decided to do it with one of my friends Eva. She agreed to do it and now we just needed to find where we were going to film it. I just needed to find all the locations  I had on my storyboard. Thank God I have a pool and gym in my apartment so I could get them both. However for the mall and beach we would have to those locations to film. We are most likely just going to galleria mall and Fort Lauderdale Beach after. We can just film the bed room shots in my room. I want to make the videos on my phone and then edit them on Capcuts. I want to use some new techniques I have learned from the last project on this one. I would like to use new transitions and new editing skills.
