Production Blog- My Final Draft
I have already created a version of my commercial that I liked. There was some other things I wanted to tweak before it was finished. Since I have already set up my photos and videos in the order I would like them to be in I just need them to all be muted. I went back into my camera roll and muted all so the only thing you can hear was the song I chose. I then wanted the song to be a bit more slowed down so I chose a new version of the song where it was a bit slower and was more easily understood. After that I fixed a few videos to have different lengths. There was a specific video that I wanted to be shorter because it was a video of the beach. There was another video I wanted to be longer because it was a video of my hiking on vacation. When I first started making my commercial I wanted my photos to be first then my videos. I then decided that it would be better if I had them mixed in to show some photos and some videos. It was a better look and was more natural. There was also a last minute photo that I decided would go well in the video. I made that around eight seconds to display the video. After I put the video together I liked the look it had. I decided that I only wanted to make the size of the captions shorter. After I did that It looked much better. I really enjoyed the way it looked and how I edited all of the photos and videos together. This project really means a lot to me because it showed me how to be more creative and express my life and my personality. Especially through media and editing. It showed me what parts of my life mean a lot to me and what songs mean more ot me than others.
